Cancellation Policy

For reservations cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date (30 days for holidays and special events) There is a $35 processing fee when requesting a refund. If you change the reservation to a future date there is no fee. Reservations are non-transferrable.

No refunds will be made on reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date. (30 days for holidays and special events)

Holidays include: IBC and President’s Day in February, White Party in March, Coachella (Weekend 1 and 2) Stagecoach in April, Memorial Day in May, Independence Day and Wet N’ Hot in July, Labor Day in September, Leather Pride and Halloween in October, Palm Springs Pride and Thanksgiving in November, Christmas and New Years in December.


Hotel Guest Visitor Policy

Anyone not registered to the room is required to show a valid ID and be processed at the front desk. Visitors must be invited by a hotel guest in order to get on the grounds. Visitors are subject to a $30 daily visitor charge that allows them to use the resort amenities. If they are only entertained in the room there is no charge.

Rates

All rooms are double occupancy. Additional men in the room are $75 per night.

Deposits

A deposit of the first night’s rate including taxes will be taken at the time of reservation. Reservations longer than 14 nights are subject to an additional deposit. If an additional deposit is required we will call to confirm within 24 hours of reservation. Full balance is due at check-in.

Check-In/Out Time

Check-in time is 2:30 P.M. Early arrivals are subject to a fee. Check-out time is 11 A.M. No refunds for early departures.

Minimum Age

Minimum age is 18 years old. All guests and visitors must show a valid I.D.

Pets

Service animals are the only pets allowed at the resort

Smoking Policy

All of our rooms are non-smoking but we do offer designated outdoor smoking areas for your convenience.
